Hi, I’m Jenny Phillips.
I’m a Healthcare Analytics Executive, AI Strategist, and passionate advocate for data-led health. My career spans epidemiology, health IT leadership, analytics strategy, and AI implementation — all connected by one unwavering belief: there is a human being behind every particle of data we touch.
I’m based in New Braunfels, Texas, and I work with healthcare organizations and leaders nationwide who are ready to turn their data into something that truly matters.
My Story
I have spent my career at the crossroads of healthcare, technology, and human connection. From my roots in epidemiology and public health to leading enterprise analytics strategy, software solutions, and AI implementation at the highest levels of health IT, my journey has always been guided by one core belief: there is a human being behind every particle of data we touch.
I started in public health, where I first learned that data isn’t abstract — it’s stories. Birth records, disease registries, claims files — behind each data point is someone’s life experience. That insight never left me. As I moved into health IT leadership, analytics consulting, and AI strategy, I carried that perspective into every dashboard, every algorithm, every recommendation I’ve ever built or advised on.
Today, I work as a thought leader, consultant, and strategist helping healthcare organizations, digital health companies, and health-focused leaders unlock the true value of their data — not just to improve margins or efficiency, but to genuinely improve health outcomes and human lives.
My Philosophy: Data-Led Health
“Data-led health” isn’t a buzzword — it’s a framework I’ve lived and built. It means designing analytics, AI, and software systems that are fundamentally oriented around the human experience of health. It means:
- Connections matter most. The most powerful analytics work is the kind that draws connections — between data points, between systems, between the technical and the human. I am passionate about building those bridges.
- Value-based analytics. I believe data should be in service of outcomes. Every analysis, every model, every dashboard should answer the question: “How does this improve someone’s health or life?”
- Storytelling through data. Numbers don’t move people — stories do. I am passionate about translating complex analytics into narratives that inspire action in boardrooms, clinical settings, and communities.
- Holistic health through data. True health is not just the absence of disease. I work with organizations and leaders who understand that health is physical, emotional, social, and systemic — and that great analytics must reflect that whole picture.
